REGISTRATION PROCESS
Once you are admitted, this is how the registration process works:
1. If you hold a non-European degree you need the UB Rector’s Authorization (you will find more information here) for completing the enrolment process. In such cases, an Authorization Request Form is included together with the official admission letter. You need to fill in this form, sign it, scan it, and send it to [email protected] (or by post to the same address as above). The UB administration charges a tax for this, which is payable by credit card.
2. Enrolment period: September - October. Unless you have a well-justified reason, you should, however, enrol in September before the classes begin, or by the 3rd week of September. If you can't because you're missing some documents, please talk to the coordinator.
You need the M.A. Program coordinator signature on the registration form to complete registration, which you can obtain coming to any of the tutoring hours for LAALCM students scheduled for this purpose.
It is also possible to complete the registration process online, and in that case, the coordinator's approval will also be obtained online.
In case it was necessary due to any specific circumstance, changes could be made to the registration at the end of October.
In February you can ADD the MA Thesis in case you decide to do it in the second semester, but you can't add or change courses.
3. Classes begin in mid September.

* Make sure you register in the courses you want to take because no refunds will be issued after the registration period closes.
