- Is the program taught in English?
Yes, it is. English is the language of instruction for all classes as well as the language of communication with students via e-mail or in office hours.
- How many students are admitted into the program?
25 new students are admitted each year.
- Can I apply if I have an undergraduate degree from outside the European Credit System?
Yes, you can. You will need the approval of the vice-rector. Please check out Admissions to university master's degree courses.
- How and when can I start the application process if I am interested in the program?

- Can I complete the program in more than one year?
Yes, you can. You can complete the program in one year, one year and a half or two years. Students completing the program in one year must do the obligatory and the optional courses plus the M.A. Thesis (60 ECTS credits in total). Students who opt for completing the program in one year and a half typically do all the courses during the first year (45 ECTS credits) and then they do the M.A. Thesis from September to February. Finally, those who want to complete the program in two years typically do 30 credits during the first year and the remaining 30 ECTS credits (including the M.A. Thesis) during the second year.
- How much does the M.A. Program cost?
There are two different prices for this M.A. Program. If you are a EU citizen (or a Swiss, Icelandic, Norwegian, Andorran or Liechtensteiner citizen), each ECTS credit costs 27.66€. If you are a non-EU citizen (and you are not a Swiss, Icelandic, Norwegian, Andorran or Liechtensteiner citizen), the price is 82€/credit. You can find more information on taxes and prices here.
